Go-To-Market Strategy

My job is to make sure that ideas are successful

More often than not, companies fail to properly plan when they are launching a new product, re-launching their brand, or even moving a current product into a new market. 


Having the right plan can reduce the risk of failure, and make sure that you drive efficient growth and retention. 

My Approach to GTM

Foundation

I use market analysis, competition moves, and the voice of the customer to select a target market and inform all aspects of the go-to-market strategy.

Product

I choose a positioning strategy to create an image of the product in the mind of the target customer. This defines how the offering is unique and how it benefits the customer. 

Distribution

I bring the messages to market by picking the right marketing and sales strategies based on the buyer’s journey and the complexity of the product.

Performance & Feedback Loop

I build measurement systems to enable data-driven decisions and constantly refine the go-to-market strategy.
